Dokan Hisab
Bangla-first POS, inventory, dues and shop management for businesses in Bangladesh.
Dokan Hisab is a Bangla first business management SaaS built for small and growing shops in Bangladesh. It brings POS sales, inventory, purchases, customer and supplier dues, expenses, reports, team access and subscription management into one practical system.

The idea
Built with intention.
Dokan Hisab started from a simple problem: many small shops need better control over sales, stock and daily Calculation but traditional business software can feel too complicated or disconnected from how local businesses actually operate. The product was designed around Bangladeshi retail workflows, with Bangla and English support, familiar local payment methods, practical shop roles and a mobile friendly experience. Instead of building only an inventory tracker, Dokan Hisab grew into a complete operational system covering the journey from a sale at the counter to inventory movement, supplier dues, expenses, reports and team management. The goal is to make structured shop management accessible without forcing small businesses into enterprise level complexity.
01 / The problem
Why it exists.
Small and growing shops often manage sales, inventory, customer dues, supplier payments and expenses across notebooks, spreadsheets and separate apps. This makes it difficult to know actual stock, outstanding dues, profitability and cash movement at any given time. Generic business software can also create friction for Bangladeshi merchants because of language, pricing, payment method and workflow differences.
02 / The solution
A clearer way forward.
Dokan Hisab combines the core operations of a shop into one Bangla-first platform. A business can process POS sales, maintain products and services, track inventory movements, record purchases and returns, manage customers and suppliers, monitor dues and expenses, generate reports and control staff access from the same system. Server side permissions separate Shop Owner, Manager, Cashier and Regular Staff responsibilities, while a Super Admin manages platform rules, subscription controls and commercial settings.

Live
The core commercial application is implemented and deployed. POS, inventory, dues, purchases, returns, expenses, reports, staff roles, Free/Pro subscriptions, offline sale queuing, backups, support workflows and platform administration are in place. Remaining operational work is mainly outside the core application code: live payment provider merchant approval and controlled production gateway testing, production email configuration where required and ongoing MongoDB backup/restore operations.
